Woolaston Grange

The proposals were to renovate the North West wing of a previously converted Grade II listed mill building housing the existing mill machinery and water wheel. The clients preferred a contemporary design although it was essential to retain the character of the rooms and apparatus due to its historic nature. Permission was granted for a three storey conversion providing a kitchen, bedroom, gallery and fully glazed oval ensuite bathroom placed centrally at First Floor level.
